PRIVACY POLICY

This page documents the intended data flow for the Trustee Sniper prototype. It is not a production legal policy and must be reviewed before public email collection or paid access begins.

DATA COLLECTED

The production waitlist accepts an email address plus page, referrer, campaign source, and timestamp metadata. Submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and stored in Supabase for restricted administrator review. The local mock server remains non-persistent.

PLANNED PROVIDERS

Administrator authentication uses Supabase Google sign-in. Monthly subscription billing is planned through Stripe. Final retention periods, customer-account configuration, and billing disclosures remain subject to approval.

PROPERTY INPUTS

Property searches may contain addresses, legal descriptions, or tax account identifiers. The local demonstration uses fixture data and keeps up to six recent property identifiers in this browser's local storage. The recent list can be cleared in the interface. Production server retention, cross-device sync, and deletion rules remain unresolved.

AI-ASSISTED ANALYSIS

Production rehabilitation analysis is intended to send selected point-in-time property facts to the OpenAI Responses API. The current local mode does not make that external call. Production notices, retention settings, access controls, and user-consent language require review before activation.
